- Transfer to a large bowl cover it and Put this bowl into refrigerator for 2-3 hrs..
- Now after 2-3 hrs remove this mixture from fridge and make big balls..
- Fry falafel until it turn golden brown and crispy on medium flame.(takes time to fry)..
- Serve it with hummus.
- For Tanhini sauce take all ingredients and make a smooth paste into mixture...
- For hummus..boil chickpeas...drain water....
- Take a mixture bowl put chickpeas add tahini sauce + olive oil+ lemon juice+ garlic+ salt.
- Make a smooth fine paste...texture of hummus and tahini sauce should be smooth creamy..
- Serve with hummus.
